Group Work

I have always had a passion for group work. I have taught Group Work courses for Master of Social Work students at local universities for the past 10 years. If you are interested in meeting other parents either in-person locally or online, be sure to check-in regarding current offerings.

One on One Counselling

Oftentimes when parents reach out, they are looking at ways to shift the dynamics and behaviours they are seeing in their children. I work with parents to give concrete, evidence-based strategies and tools that work. My experience as a counsellor allows me to take this work even deeper, getting at the root of what could be triggering the parent in that moment. If you are struggling to find calm amidst the chaos, I can help you get there.
